Gail Mohammed is the Resident Director of BCA’s Trinidad program at the University of the West Indies St. Augustine. She is a former Vice President of Human Resources and has over (30) thirty years of comprehensive human resources experience working with an NGO, a state enterprise and a multinational energy company, where her responsibility included expatriate administration.
Gail was born and raised in Trinidad. She loves to travel and experience different cultures. Her extensive travel has taken her to the USA, England, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Morocco, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Venezuela, Guyana, Cuba and other Caribbean islands.
She has B.A Arts and General Studies with a major in Sociology, from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Herriot – Watt University. She is a certified life coach and a certified mediator. Gail has served as a Director on the following State Boards in her country, the National Training Agency and the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers Association, where she headed the Training Committee. She is a past member of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Industrial Relations Committee and the Ministry of Labour’s Standing Tripartite Committee on Labour. She is a current member of the Human Resources Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) USA, the International Coach Federation (USA) and the National Career Development Association (NCDA) USA.
