Located on 54 acres of parkland in southwest London, the University of Roehampton is an idyllic location offering students the best of both worlds: a green and pleasant environment to live and study and the bustling heart of central London just a Tube ride away.
Housing and Meals
As a BCA student at the University of Roehampton you will live on campus. You will have a single occupancy bedroom and share kitchen facilities with other students.
BCA will provide you with a meal stipend to purchase groceries and cook for yourself. The stipend is meant to cover food costs if you will be cooking for yourself. If you plan to eat regularly at restaurants, you will want to budget separately for that.
Most students choose to take their laptop computers to London and bedrooms will have internet connection.
London has an extensive public transportation system including buses and the London Underground (also know as The Tube) metro system. BCA will provide you with a transportation card for London loaded with enough funds to get you started on your London exploration, but if you plan to travel extensively around the city, than you should expect to have to add additional funds to the card during your stay.
